i used the stock cx wiring harness and ran vtec, knock, and o2 sensor wires back to the ecu is was fairly simple that way. all of the plugs on the cx harness will plug into the b16 motor. Using the jdm b16 harness proll is going to be a pain because all wires go to the driver side shock tower
when I put mine in I just did a lot of searching on here and found all of the info i needed!

First off, you shouldnt have started this without a clue about the wiring.
Second, use your stock wire harness off your old motor. Use a helms manual to figure out what plugs go where, but most of them should just line up correctly. The ones by the intake manifold and throttle body are hard because they all use the same plugs. You will have to add three wires, VTEC, VTEC Pressure and Knock Sensor. Use the harness the motor came with to get the correct plugs, and run the wires through the firewall to the ECU.
If you dont have a HELMS manual, GET ONE. Much easier when you can look at wiring scematics.
