Default need to lower fuel press

just got 95hatch with ls engine. car was boosted. all motor now have chiped ecu. I am getting 60 psi in press gauge and can not get it lower than 55. swaped regulators ecu tried to adjust idle I just cant figure this out. please any help will be great. I am new to the sight and the Honda game.

The return line from the regulator to the tank could be plugged up. With the gas cap off you should be able to blow air through the line.

If the car was boosted, the previous owner most likely installed a high flow fuel pump.

Fuel Pressure Regulators can adjust fuel pressure, but most cheap ones can only add pressure, they can't take it away. You have to get an expensive FPR to reduce that kind of volume. Check FuelLab or Aermotive.
