Default need a lil help

i have a d16z6 vtec motor i was wondering is there any way i can make vtec kick in at a lower rpm

all help is appreciated thanks guys

Yes, there are a number of ways. However, if your motor is stock, there is no benefit to doing it.

making vtec come on at a lower rpm will hurt your motor exponentially.

No benefit, it will only be a hinderance. Vtec isn't magic.

It's cool and all, all it really does as far as I know is make the engine more efficient at producing power at higher rpms when the valves have a longer duration of travel vs. cam speed.
