96-98 because headlights are larger, and the grill on the 99-00 are alot closer to the headlights bumper is mugen hood is stock headlights are black painted. i had one for 3 years i know that front end when i see it. <U>hands down 96-98</U>

I don't even know if Mugen made a version of that bumper for '99-00 fronts . . . I've never seen one.
