Check motor mounts?
Play in the axles?
Control arm bushings torn or worn out?
On my Accord I had a clunk upon acceleration. Both my front and rear mounts were bad so replaced them. The noise didn't go away. Traced it down to the axle. On the right side I had an aftermarket unit and the insides had worn out causing it to clunk upon putting it into drive or reverse and when accelerating.

Yea man, I would lean toward a worn out bushing in the control arm. Check on the ball joints too, you dont want one of those to break loose on the highway.
