Need info on Roof Rack fitment - Thule / Yakima
I am planning on getting a roof rack for my 00 Si..
Are they universal? Or are they made specifically for every make/model?
There's a few on Ebay but none really have any info on fitment.
Also how is it secured to the roof? Thanks

Most racks are universal fitment, but have specific clips for each car. The clips attach to the towers at the key cylinder.
It's secured to the roof by the clips in the door jambs and tension being created by opposite towers on the bars.

If you go to Yakima site they have a fitment guide that tells you exactly what parts you need. Then you can look at Rack Attack and get it a little cheaper.
