Default need info on motor

just got a 94 civic ex 2 door. I believe the motor is a d16z6 is that right. Just wondered what some of the potentials are of this motor. And like i posted in another thread here, after driving my OZ rally for 3 years, this little car is quick haha. Ohh and what is this considered? eg , ek ? what i dont know, last honda i had was a 153 MPH accord. "real sleeper on the freeway" anyways any information would be cool . Thanks all.

I'm sorry, I'm just tired of having to introduce 10 noobs a day to the SEARCH button.

This topic has been covered 4,564,200 times since I've been a member. D series respond terribly to bolt ons and make very expensive N/A motors. The most cost effective way to get power out of them is to boost them.

Everybody and their mom who is new to the site posts up their "I had X car that went X fast, now I have a civic, what do I do?"

I just recommend you read the stickies at the top of the forum and you'll be fine.

It's all good, we all miss the stickies at our first join. This was the first forum I'd ever joined, so I didn't even know what a sticky was. Took me months to figure out how to post images.
