need honda part number, or some help

does anyone know the honda part # for the front liscense plate hole plugs? for an EJ, or maybe a site that has them in stock?

there like 5 bucks at the dealer numnuts...they wont have them in stock but they will come in like a day... https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

can you buy them pre painted? or are they black rubber? or are you inteded to get them painted yourself?

they come with factory color paint
