i got a 94 del sol and i have some light problems when i turn on my car my front lights work but my back running lights dont work and either my speedometer lights but when i press my brakes the back lights light up what can be the probleem???

the speedo lights are burnt out in the cluster more then likely.
The brake lights are either a fuse, a bad relay or a short somewhere. you need to trace it and use guess and check to figure out where the miss in the circuit is.

Change bulbs for rear brake lights. Possible you have either the wrong ones stuffed in there or part of both bulbs are burnt out. Also check for corrosion and shorts.
