...In that thread, basically my question is asked, a y80 tranny is what type of transmission? ive asked around and no one can tell me straight out...Im looking to buy a swap and one of the guys that ive talked to thats sellin 1 has a b16 w/ amongst other things, a y80 tranny w/ lsd that he claims is jdm type r 96 spec... im not calling him a liar i just want to verify if he is right or not...
...I could be way off but i always thought trannys w/ Y's were cable...isnt ys1 cable?...im putting the swap into my eg and would need hydro, so if this is indeed a cable, its out of the question...even if the tranny is hydro gsr or b16 thats good, but type r is obviously even better...Can ANYONE shed some light for me? Ineed help and a swap asap...thanks...
