Default need help, what could this be?

i was driving today when i noticed my battery and ABS light where on at the same time noticed that the car was overheating. i blew the 7.5 fuse in the inside fuse box that powers the rad. fan, blower motor, and defroster, fan quit working and it over heated. i stopped, let it cool down, put in some coolant, put in a new 7.5 fuse in, popped it too. put in a 15amp fuse and it works fine, now when i'm driving the battery light flickers on and off, then on my way home the head lights (HIDs) shut off, i turned the radio off. drove the whole way home on the highway with no head lights, right as i got off the highway the lights came back on. i let the car run for a second at a light and it started to sputter so i gassed it and it stayed running. got it home. any ideas what it could be? i checked the wires on the alt.

car is a '94 civic Si, D16Z6 with a te04h turbo. turbo was installed 2 weeks ago, only electrical thing instaled was a light for the boost gauge

when you have lights, wipers, etc on the batt. light stays off. but then if you rev the engine the light comes back on untill it revs back down to idol. or if you turn the lights, wipers, etc back off the light will come on.
