Huge problem with any aftermarket lighting equipment. Not really worth repairing. Try for a return or exchange.

Re: need help w/halo projector lights (specv5150)
My gf got the Denji halo/projectors and it got moisture the first day it rained which happened to be the day after we got the ******* things. What I did was remove the cover from the behind the highbeam cuz the headlight unit isn't properly ventilated, run the headlight and it will start to clear or you can just leave it overnight and it will clear itself. Then I took the headlights off and ran silicone all around the headlight. I'm still gettin moisture but it's not from any cracks or leaks off the lens, my gf's front end is misaligned, you can tell just by looking at the headlights so water gets into the engine bay easily and leaks in through the back.
