need help vtec not working

need help vtec not working
i just put a b16sir2 in my 90 integra and i cant get v-tec to work there is no check engine light on and i checked my ground and syleniod they are fine can anyone help me?

o no you losted vtec!! 
it sounds like you checked the wiring already. So try swaping the ecu with a friend and see if that works.

well its me and my boy we did the swap and the ecu is not throwing any codes at all... everything looks right do u have any idea what else can make this happen.. let me no please..
