Default need help with tranny problem....

car - 99 civic
motor/tranny - gsr

so im having problems with my gsr tranny..it would be very hard to get into gear...first second third whatever....even at a total stop..gettin into first would be hard, unless i force it in...no grinds tho..so i was thinking it might be related to my clutch, so i buy a exedy clutch and a kaiten flywheel and some gm synchromesh fm fluid. first two days with the new setup has been perfect, shifts smoothly, like butter.....but on the third day i get home from work, let the car sit for an hour or two, and it started to do the same thing...any ideas what it could be??

sounds like your synchros are gone. First I would make sure your clutch is fully disengaging.

Sounds like you need to bleed the clutch or adjust the rod on the clutch pedal.

Check your slave cylinder and see if it is wet around it. Aslo, could be the master cylinder going out...
