Need help tonight! Cylinder loss!
OK so driving home today I started to get a horrible misfire. I limped it home and started to check stuff ot. I started pulling plug wires from cylinder 4 down to 1. All messed up the idle except for number 1. We have te culprit? I decided to check injector clips also to confirm and got the same result, cylinder 1. I tested out the injector clips (switched 2 to 1), I pulled 1 and no change, pulled 2 started to hesitate. I put 2 into 1 and bam cylinder 1 fires, not so much for cylinder 2 when i put 1's clip on.
Ok so long story short I can get cylinder 1 to fire but only by moving another injector clip on. I figure maybe a ground came loose but I thought the injectors shared the same ground, unless its different until the ECU. Not sure it it'll help but I am getting a new wiring harness tomorrow anyway (need the VTEC connectors). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And BTW from a visual I cant tell that its corroded or any wires are bad. Also no multimeter
