need help with smoging a 94 DOHC del sol

need help with smoging a 94 DOHC del sol (California HT ppl pls help me out)
Okay guys this is going to sound stupid.
I bought a 94 DOHC Del Sol from the auction. It's a stock B16, not many out there.
I even ran Carfax and it shows it's a 1.6L L4 DOHC 16V motor.
When I go to the smog station they told me they never seem a god dam DOHC in a Del Sol.
I was told in 94 there's only Del Sol S(D15) and Si(D16) .
I went to 3 different shop and they told me the same.
Any one know Smog station that's familiar with honda cars?
I am located in Pasadena CA btw.
Or any way i can convince them this is a stock motor?

You live in california and they've never seen a Del Sol Vtec?!?! Your car does exist btw. '94 was the first year. '93s only exist as S and Si. Take the carfax report in maybe? tell them to call honda?

Yeah, I know that, but they're wrong. Bring in a factory service manual or something to show them.
