Step 1-Pull off everything off of the old car.
Step 2-Pull off everything off of the new car
Step 3-Install everything from old car on new car.

Or you could check the FAQs

Put car in gear or bricks if cant
Get under an take off any bolts that holds the ebrake cable(10mm)
Get inside the car take apart the ebrake(12mm) and feed the lines through
Take the brake line off
Take trailing arms off, camber, lca(14,17) if it's too rusted, just give up
Or be like me and brake the bolt that is welded to the chassis, take out the grinder and cut the bolt and cut a hole in the chassis to get to the bolt and weld a new one lol had to do that to a lot of bolts, it's a flood title lol
Good luck

Seriously, if you're not willing to do the simple job of googling/searching out many of the already thorough threads there are on the subject you're not up to the simple job of a rear disc swap.

Good luck
this bolt is supposed to adjust and slide to adjust the toe/caster... i just did mine and broke many bolts and had to give up one night and continue the next and got new lower control arms because i didint grab the ones from the donor car and the bushings tore and bolts got rusting inside the bushing sleeves.

LMAO same **** with my car, every bushing was rusted to the bolts, cut them all, i got a full brake swap so everything i put in was like new and i didnt care too much about the old stuff, yea and the toe adjuster, thats the one i had to cut open and redo the whole thing, good luck man, i didnt give up, went to sears and got a $35 grinder and it made the job quick and made big washers and welded a bolt to it

i just drilled a hole out with a step bit on the bottom and put the stock caster nut back in the slot where it sat. i found another 14mm bolt from my random leftovers from over the years to fit. i guess if u snapped that bolt u would have issues but those were the only two that came off thank god.
