Sounds like someone needs a new radiator... Is the current radiator you have right now the original once that came with the car? I have a '93 dx hb and I kinda had the same problem not too long ago and I first noticed the problem when my oil temp started to rise so I pulled over and took a close look at my radiator and it had a small crack and leaked bad when the engine was on so I went to my shop and ordered a new radiator and there ya go problem solved.
