Default Need help quickly - Lower Control Arm Bushing (inner) on 2000 Civic EX

Hi guys, I have my car up on jack stands right now, and the bracket for the inner LCA bushing off. The bushing is stuck and I'm not sure if this thing was originally pressed on or if it's simply rusted to heck inside. Here's a picture of what I'm talking about:

The rubber bushing on the far right of the picture is what I'm trying to get off. Any techniques, or does this have to be pressed off/on? Service manual isn't specific. Thanks

Update: Based on some Googling, they'll come off with a gear puller. But since there's not enough clearance, I'll have to take the entire LCA off, which is a project for next summer. Good luck to anyone who has to do the same thing!
