OK I GOT A D16Z6 BLOCK WITH A D16Y8 HEAD ON IT AND I WANT TO GET PISTONS FOR IT BUT I DUNT NO WITCH TO GET Z6 OR Y8 PISTONS...ARE THEY THE SAME SIZE

i do belive the deck height is the same(minus for previous work)... if anything u know that you old "z6 pistons" work.... so just buy them again

Pistons are the same size for both blocks/heads.

They are both the same, but if you were really that concerned, buy the pistons that match the bottom end, in your case, a Y8
