Need help Please
Ok My brother has a automatic v-tec 96 civic ex coupe, blew the engine.Before we took the engine out we checked if the wires were getting spark-- They were
The problem---
Bought a d16y7 longblock and swapped it in using the d16y8 tranny and distributor from the old engine now we are not getting any spark from the wires, checked the dizzy to make sure its getting power and it is.And the dizzy was getting spark the day before.
What can the problem be???
do i have to get a non vtec ecu?
or i cant use a y8 dizzy on the non vtec head?
