Default Need help please!

Hey guys listen i have a 93 Honda Civic LX w/jdm d15b swap. My problem is that sometimez when i drive out of nowhere my car chokes BADLY in a way like when you have a messed up head.But i mean my engine is fine. Do only **** i can think of is that the shop that was doing my collision reapair washed my motor and to my disadvantage i have a external MSD coil. Could they have fried that or what else could it be? Any help is Appreciated ALOT Thanx (Do note i just got my baby back and i want to drive but its doing this bullshit help this civic get back on the streets )

check on the spark plugs firing order on the dizzy cap.

i think it is
4 3 2 1 ..... number one is the one cloest the crank
and
3 4
1 2 on the dizzy
