Need help, picture to HELP, please need car to run.
ok, so im trying to make my car bared(the intake in the pic wont be there when i bar), but anyways, i need help figuring which line goes to which this is a 99 si engine in a 93 ex but im barring it as a 94 del sol engine. so obd1. the tb is off a 99si and the intake manifold is off a delsol.(i dont know if that makes a difference).
Besides that my car runs really funky, i laready tapped my tps. So when i hit the gas it like cuts out sometime and doenst go. like ill be gently increasing speed and it will cut off...and ill downshift and hit th gas but it takes awhile to realize...im thinking i hooked up a hose wrong or like a sensor is bad, and then after a little while i get a check engine light.
1.)Were do the charcoil canister lines go to?
2.)What connects to the 2 hose connectors on the Throttle body?
3.)Hows the Iacv and the hoses all supposed to connect?
Any chart would be nice.

uh the charcoal canister one goes to the throttle body and one goes to the purge solinoid its the little black thing by the brake master cylinder on the manifold....
okay now the 2 hoses under the throttle body one comes from the intake manifold and the other one goes to the idle air controll valve then theres another one that goes back to the tube that comes from the theromstat

and after you get bar'd i would suggest getting a oil catch can... its not good to just have a filter on the valve cover there needs to be suction to suck all of the vapor from the oil out

Re: (Quad-Damage)
Ok so i only have 2 hoses that will fit on the throttle body. (they are cicrcled) one on the right and one of the left, please specify wehich goes were.
Also...
Were do these 2 lines go? theres a line on the back of the intake manifold to the left of the "bigger" hose on the manifold, then theres that other hose on the right i ahve circled which i think is the heater hose? were do those 2 hoses connect to?
Also theres another little black canister under the manifold(next to the oil filter) connected to the block right now i ahve this vacuum line connected to it... is that right?
PLease help

the right hose on the throttle body goes to the second inlet from the first runner of the IM, should be one big hose being the first inlet, and a smaller inlet for the throttle body, it's a coolant hose I believe. The hose you circled by the throttle body cable bracket is for the PCV valve. the IACV should have two hoses, one is connected to the TB itself, and one is a coolant hose, slightly bigger. I'm running an ITR mani so I didn't use the two hoses from the charcoal canister because there's no where to put it , hope this helps
