i put a boosted mini me in my 98 civic ex. the swap went fine but now the engine surges from 1500 to 3 grand and i tried everything to get in to stop and no luck. i tried the iacv and even changed it and nothing checked all my vac hoses no luck. now i have a conversion harness from obd2 to obd1 the plug to my iacv is a three wire while the orginal is suppose to be a two wire could that be the problem or should the conversion harness fix that??? any suggestions please
