i have been trying to get my car smogged in cali for about a month now... i have a b16a2 motor all stock with stock ecu it passed the referee a year ago and now its saying that my ecu keeps resetting itself and i dont know how to fix it ... any help is appreciated ... all my emission tests passed... i think my cat isnt heating up hot enough or something... I NEED HELP!

keeps resetting itself? or it hasnt run a monitor its looking for? i am not familliar with bar and smog ref laws.

i'm not familiar with the emission law for cali is but i guess doing a drive cycle then going back and seeing if it passes. thats probably your best bet unless someone explains the diff between Cali and NYS inspections. ( I know the nys inspection laws since i'm a certified inspector )

Check the ECU fuse under the hood next to you battery (96-00). If that is blown the ECU will reset everytime the car is turned off.
