Need help my climate vents blower doesn't work
i have a civic 96ex
when i set my climate vent blower to 1 or 2 it doesn't blow any air
but when i set it to 3 or 4 it works fine
anyone know why it would do this

thats what happened to me too. in the same year civic and model. but on mines 1-4 doesnt even work. never found out what the problem was. yeah anyone know what the hell is wrong..
