Default need help with mods please

i haev a 1999 civic dx, can anyone tell me what performance mods i can do except the illegal crap like headers, dont give me anything too pricey please, i want a bit more power and i already have an intake.

Nitrous.

Seriously, these motors have low compression and will love the spray. Plus you can pick up 100hp for around $400-500!

And you will never fail emissions!

Throttle body heater bypass. As much weight reduction as you can. Plugs wires cap and rotor. Underdrive pulleys maybe??

Unfortunately many bolt on modifications aren't going to yield much performance on that engine. I would check this out though, some pretty good information here:
