lol you can get 2.0 on street tires if your good...

Re: (Jamied)
when i race i have my tire psi at about 21-23 depending on how cold it is.. i launch at like 4k.. but i slip the clutch out. and get 2.2 2.1 60 ft's.. if u pop the clutch.. like just release it fast.. you are going to get mad wheel hop or wheel spin.. try to keep the tires from spinning.. your not just going to be good at it.. it takes practice
ive been racing for 5 years.. not all at the track either just lately have i been going to the track.. if you practice alot.. i street raced alot.. and i do not suggest doing that.. but practice at the track.. you will get good.. i got my 92 cx with a single cam vtec stock with b16 ecu to hit a 15.15 in the quarter and a 9.66 in the eigth..
you will get good.. dont drop the clutch.. ride it out in first gear just a little ull get it dont worry

Re: (Jamied)
If your really trying to get power don't worry about T.B or I.M worry about buildin internals...if you don't have the money for that then what you had in mind would be fine...also you might want to consider either chiping or geting your ecu tuned...no matter what you put on your car it's still gonna be running the stock program..when you change things on your car your afr is going to need to be changed...just a thought. also for your launch, i only drove my friends 3 times down the track. launch around 3700-3900rmp...street tires...lower your pressure to 25-27psi. you also might want to consider a traction bar. Good luck with it
