The base of the shifter is too wide for the Civic's shift linkage. You'll have to ghetto rig your shift linkage to accept the wider shifter, and IMO it's not worth the trouble.
Short shifters like the Skunk2 with the dual bend come with an adapter/spacers to allow it to either fit Civic (no spacer) or Integra (use spacers) linkages.

BTW:
Are you asking how to actually install it, as in, what bolts to remove, etc?
I'll see if I can dig up some pics to help with the process, but again remember that the Integra shifter is wider at the bottom where it meets the shift linkage.

There are a few different ways to swap the shifter out. I'll tell you one way.
1. Remove center console or simply remove shift **** to allow the shifter to drop down through the hole in the shift tunnel. Removing the console simply allows less % of damaging the shift boot when fishing the new shifter back up through the hole.
Under vehicle - remember never work on the car being supported by a jack, use jackstands, I'm not liable if you kill yourself, etc. etc.
2. Remove bolt #25 and drop the shift rod out of the way
*Note* - people do this next step a few different ways
3. Remove bolts #26 (x2) and bracket #18 with rubber, remove bolt #29 and drop the entire shift stabilizer bar (#14)
4. Now that you've got the entire stabilizer assembly on a table/ground you can remove number #27 (x2) #21 (x2) to get #9 off, and then drop the shifter (#2) with all of its attached crap. It's a good idea to buy a new #8 and pop it in at the same time because they can actually break, and if they are compromised the shifter will feel kind of wobbly.
Reassemble in reverse order.
