ok, i followed this link and did EVERYTHING exactly the way it said in the diagram http://www.geocities.com/cinq112/gsrclusterswap.html but nothing freaking works!!! the only thing that works on the damn thing is the left and right turn signals and the high beam light indicator, nothing else, do you think my wiring is bad or the integra ends that i have are bad, i just sliced and twisted the wires together and put eletrical tape over them, is this not good enough for these kinds of wires, and does anyone else have a different diagram from the one on this site??

I'm in the process of putting a 96 GSR cluster in my VX right now. I will compare the chart on that page to my Helms manuals and see if there are any wrong pinouts. Splicing and tape isn't as great as soldering and using heat shrink tubing but it will make a connection for sure. Sounds to me like the chart is probably wrong.

teg's blue left side plug (13 pins)

1. blu tach signal
2. grn/org check engine indicator

9. red/blu cruise (if you have cruise)

match the color wire and function from the intregra harness to the civic harness..

your welcome.. the diagram i gave you has been posted on honda-tech.com by me many times.. and i know it works cause i have installed a gsr dash into my eg and it works fine.. so if you have any problems its errors on your side..

no problem man.. good to see you got it all working, thats what honda-tech.com is here for, to help others.. if you got a digi cam put some pics up so i can see how it turned out.. sometimes i want to go back and fix mine a little bit cause i cut too much w/ the dremal tool...
