top picture is Brake light switch and Cruise. 2 wires are so when you hit your brakes it shuts cruise off, as the other 2 turn your brake light on when pedal is pushed. civics not equipped for cruise have a 2 wire plug and switch instead of 4

just curious why is the whole cabin taken apart and wiring everywhere... Last time i saw a mess like yours was when i was 16 and took a 96 prelude vtec apart and come to find out it was easier to sell my obd2 p13 ecu and buy a obd1 ecu! LOL..i was young and at that time i figured out how different the obd2 and obd1 cabin harnesses were so different..
anyways...whats goin on with your car why it's so taken apart.

looking for 100% clerification of what these are.
hey guys
as the title says im looking for 100% clerification on what all of these items run. everything is from a 2000 civic ex coupe.
i've been told some of them are relays for break lights/cruise control/safety start (hold clutch in to start car), and also horn relays/sunroof motor relay.
help me out please. if you know what they are, please let me know what the wires all connect to.
thanks

It would be immensely helpful if you A) told us what model/year these were in, and B) didn't create a new thread. You already have one, you don't need to make another.

So add the better pictures to the last post!!! You can edit previous posts you know! Now you have TWO threads going to only further confuse you.
I'm wondering why we haven't taken the initiative to look up the part numbers that are staring you in the face. And I'm wondering why you don't get a service manual for your car? All of these would be in there.

Re: looking for 100% clerification of what these are.
Bottom pic is your keyless entry control box.
Second from bottom is cruise control control box.
All the switches mounted to your brake and clutch pedals are cruise cutoff and brake light switches.
The relay could be for anything - run the wires and figure out where they go.
There ya go, you have now had your hand held through identifying everything. You could have done this by searching the part numbers (clearly stamped on the parts). Now that we're past that, why the **** are your brake light/cruise cutoff switch wires hacked to ****, and extremely poorly crimped?
