need help identifying this pug/wires
hi,
I was digging around in my dash by my ecu trying to figure out why my car isn't running right, and a grey plug with about 6" of wire fell from some where.I'm trying to figure out what the plug is for so I can put it back, and determine if it is contributing to why my car is not running correctly.
it's a grey plug with one black wire and one red with blue stripe. originally when I looked it up I thought it should be the plug you jumper to check cel codes.
but the plug I've been using for cell codes is a blue plug with one brown wire and one black wire. when I jumper this wire I can read the cels like I'm supossed to. so what is this grey plug then? the car is a 99 civic cx.
any help would be greatly appriciated.
Thanks,
B
