NEED HELP (IAC)valve adjustment
I let a freind of mine adjust the Idle Air Control valve and it ran great until the next morning now it wont start . 
I followed the steps from the Haynes Repair Manual but I have A <U>JDM 1.5L SOHC Vtec D15b </U> and it is not coverd in that manual. So any HELP/TIPS would be much appreciated
AS far as I know he only messed with the Adjusting screw
