with just the door panel you would also need the motors and all the other things inside the door that actually move the glass, youd be better off gettin ex doors and just switching the doors

he asked about locks, not windows. to do power locks you just need power door lock solenoids. aftermarket ones are available at any car audio store. you can also get OEM ones from Honda, and then you'll have to wire them to a switch and relay of some sort. You could get the power window/lock door panels, but you'd have to do the power windows if you did that. that involves replacing the window regulators with electric ones, and installation of a door harness that will plug into both the regulators, door lock solenoids, and all the switches on the door panels, that also goes into the car behind the dash and connects up with the dash harness.

i added OEM power windows, locks, mirrors, tweets, keyless to my EK, it was a big conversion. you have to replace the dash harness if you want things to be OEM clean, otherwise you can do a hack job with the wiring.

oh, and it would be *COMPLETELY* retarded to switch the whole doors out. just get the guts out of the doors, much easier. unbolt the window regulators (4-5 bolts each) and detach the power lock solenoid from the lock assembly in each door, then detach the door harness from the door and snag the door panels and switches while you're at it. don't forget about the dash harness though, that is a PITA.
