Default NEED HELP: how do i adjust lights on 97 ex coupe

just like title states.need to adjust left to right and up and down thanks.

if it is the same as my 98 ex then you need to look behind the headlight on teh side away from the turn signal and look down there and there should be a few little gears and I think that is the adjustment for up/down...

Here is the picture below, you will find the gear that is in the picture almost directly below the left top mounting screw...This is a pic of the drivers side to it will be the left most screw or the one closest to the center of the car....Hope that helps...
