2) with 17"inch rims how much should i drop my car?

One is for the Sensor, and connect to the line to the engine block near the top, u can connect the line to the block, or take the line off and just put 2 oil brethers on each side, for show
and that one big cap thing, is used to cover the extra hole.

i would close the farther one, so u don't have to strech ur sensor so far to plug it in, those small things go in the hole, so the sensor will fit right in, and be sung.

I...didn't have an extra....hole?
Just look at your stock intake arm, you are basically hooking the same things up.
