Yes they will fit. I have GSR brakes on my del sol and i love them.
It'll all bolt up.
You'll need Civic si e-brake cables.
You can use your stock axles.
I'm not sure about them clearing your hx wheels. My baby fat fives barely clear. (also 14's)

The HXs won't clear GSR calipers. You need 5mm spacers.

You'll have 5mm less of threads to tighten your lug nuts. If they're torqued properly (80 ft/lbs) you should be fine.

You'll be able to use your HX wheels, but you could also grind a little off the brake calipers.

Are the front and rear the same story?
or do the rear fit with out modification?

how much do you have to grind off?
which is the best way to go about grinding it? how do you know where to grind and how much?
I assume if you grind to much off you ruin the caliper....?

I'm pretty positive that with the rear you don't have to do anything. I assume that since you would need a 5mm spacer for the wheels to fit you would need to grind off 5mm. You would grind on the outer most point. I'd think that a normal angle grinder would get the job done. Its likely a trial and error sort of thing. Grind a little bit. Test fit the wheel. Grind some more if needed. I've never done it before so don't know for sure. This is all my assumptions.

I wouldn't grind 5mm (nearly 1/4") of material off anything in my brake system. I did this complete 4-corner GSR brake swap on my 98 hatch. As was mentioned you need 99-00 Civic Si e-brake cables, and I used the Si stainless lines also but I can't say for certain that the GSR ones included with your package won't work. Your stock proportioning valve is good. You may consider changing the master cylinder to a larger one but if you are still sohc leave the stock booster on.
Otherwise it all bolts up real easily, no mods. Price seems OK.

Might as well get 99-00 Si Front/Rear disc brakes to make it easier on you.

5mm is quite a lot off of something that stops your car. If i was you i would go with the 5mm spacers.

is it a must that you get SI ebrake cables when doing any gsr rear disc conversion on any 96-00 civic no SI's? Why can't you use the stock gsr ebrake cables it they came with the conversion?

I don't know that I'd get a swap that had known bad ball joints for that much, but I'm picky.
