Need help with a few things.....
I just bought yesterday a 2000 coupe Ex and im just curious to know why it doesnt have an RPM next to the speedometer??? Can i get a Si cluster and just plug n play?? Also the powerdoor locks arent working , what is the first thing i should check?? and it has 95k miles and they dont know if the timing belt has been changed, so i should just change it??

oh one more thing it doesnt come with cruise control, can i add that by plug and play or is it too much of a hassle???

yes an si cluster will plug and play. Yes cruise control can easily be obtained although its not as "plug and play" as you would like for it to be. and yes, i'd go ahead and change timing belt/ plugs/wires/dizzy blah blah just so, ..you'll know its been done.

I'm sorry to tell you that you just got fool. All ex models comes with the rpm next to the speedometer and it has all the options. (power window, power mirrors, moon roof, etc.) What you bought I would most likely say is a dx model. But if you want to know for sure what model get the Vin number and type it in Carfax.com You don't have to buy it it gives you a sample like what model, what size engine, and where it was built, etc.

ok guys thanks for the info, but ive been arounds honda for a while, it is a EX the vin # is 1HGEJ8.......... it does have a sunroof and p windows and locks and mirrows, but the weirdest thing is that it does not have the control switch for the mirrows or the rpm gauge next to the speed............. i only paid $2000 but it is kinda weird, i did forget to mention one thing, it has a rebuilt title due to theft, so im guessing when they put it back together they just threw in any honda stuff right? so the Si cluster and cruise control and mirrow control should be there to just plug in right..........
