Need help fast
I took my car to the shope to have a d16y8 dropped in ,by the way i have a 1990 honda std hatch. So the fith gear cuts out so i have to down shift to fourth and when i mean cuts out i mean no throtle responts. I also cant spell so I was driving and just waiting for my vtec to com on when the rev limmiter kicked in at 4800 rpm what the **** i cant even use my vtec because some guy was supose to be a lincon tech grad and owns his own shop cant do an easy swap. So i was hoping with your help i could take this fourm up to him and correct the problem.

Why don't you take it back to the shop and have them check out your complaint ? Also, they should've test drove or had you test drive it after the work was completed...

Yeah, you should definitly take the car back to them and tell them that there is a problem. If there is something wrong with the motor, it is not their fault, but if is a problem with their work, than they need to fix it.
