need help - engine build for my eg
hey iam new 2 this site just wonna noo wats the best way 2 go 4 a build i want the motor 2 be fast as hell i was thinkin of goinn b18b with b16 head and turboo i need it fastt and reliable let me noo wats you guys think thanks

Your thinking of doing the same swap I got. It's also known as an LS VTEC (B18 bottom with B16 head.) It's fast and It's only as reliable as you make it.

is the ls block same as the gsr? and wats the best way to go b16 head or gsr? i wonna turbo it 2 soo.

I wouldn't reply to this if it wasn't as new as it is, but whatever. Do a search on LS/VTEC and you will find loads of into.
The LS and GSR block are NOT the same. The GSR has a girdle and oil quirters to allow the engine to rev higher reliably and not spin a bearing. The B16 head flows better. Do your research if you're looking into turbo or doing this build. You are putting parts together that do not belong together. At least start with just the LS/VTEC. It should make about the same power as a B18C1, and they pull pretty well with a GSR tranny.
