Need Help: Dash lights turn off when High Beams are on
Has anyone ever heard of this? On a 1993 Honda Civic LX, when the high beam lights are turned on, all the dash lights turn off. Not the lights on the cluster, just the climate control and lights around that.
I've never heard of this.. has anyone else?

When the high beam headlights are off, does the dimmer switch brighten and dim only the cluster lights? Or also the climate control lights?
