Need help! D15B7 Automatic to D15B2 Manual Full Swap (Solved)
I recently got a 94 Honda Civic Lx from my brother and it had a warped head so I did a complete swap to a D15B2 because I wanted to go manual anyways and saw it as an opportunity. I bought a new Clutch Master Cylinder, Slave Cylinder, Clutch pedal assembly, installed the clutch line, and bled it. It should be working or so you'd think.
The car won't go into first gear when I turn it on and press down on the clutch. It has some pressure behind it and the slave cylinder does move about 1/2" lie everyone says it should but it still doesn't let me go into first gear. The shift will move to the left easy but then get rock hard when I try to push up into first gear. Any advice? Thanks.

Did you bench bleed the master?

Sorry for the late reply. I bench bled it completely and correctly. I bought a new clutch kit and installed it. Still having the same problem. Clutch fork moves 1/2" but won't go into first gear ad clutch pedal feels spongy. I bled the line over 5 times.

I converted this from a automatic and did a full engine swap that came with a 5spd. I unhooked the automatic shifter and left the connector that was to it bc I heard it won't work if I cut those wires out. So, I don't know what else to do.

The shift cable for the automatic has connectors on both the transmission as well as the shift lever.
I would believe you can remove the shift cabling without cutting anything.
It still sounds like you didn't bleed the master and the slave properly and so it still has air.
As well, there is an adjustment on the master. It requires a special tool if I recall. Not sure if it's the same tool as the brake master cylinder but might be.
Do you have the helms (Factory Service) manual?

I don't have helms. I did do some research before I bench bled the master cylinder and poured DOT3 in it until it came out the hole where you connect the line then I used my mityvac bleeder tool to bleed the line free of air.
As far as the connector that connected to the Automatic shifter, I read in other guides that I need to rewire/repin it so it doesn't think it's automatic anymore. Is this correct?

You convert teh ECU to manual. Has nothing to do with the shift cable nor the wire harness to the shifter.
I'm not sure if you are talking about the shift cable, or the wire harness.
I think you might be talking about the ignition lock cylinder lock out that is present for automatics that is not present on manual. Then there is the change to the clutch safety switch instead of the brake safety switch.
I'm pretty sure honda-tech as well as d-series.org has some pretty extensive write ups for the automatic to manual swap.
google search 92-95 d-series automatic to manual
I'm pretty sure you will find several quality DIY threads documenting the full process and all the systems affected.

I have resolved my problem. Of my own stupidity, I had to adjust the throw of the clutch pedal and the pressure came back. It runs perfect now. Thank you everyone.
