Can someone please help me.

yesterday i got home from work and as i was walkin into my house, i noticed that the rear passanger side tail light was on....it was weird because it was the only one that was on....i checked the switch and my my lights was off so i tryed the simple method of turning them on and back off but it would stay on....i didnt know what was wrong and the only way to turn it off is by disconnectiing the battery.....but it goes back on when i connect the battery back on....today when i connected the battery, it was both tail lights that were on.....any help on how to fix this????

there is a switch under the pedal that breaks. you can even look on yourt floor and you will probably see the littl pin that is suppose to be in there.

hum....i dont know...i tryed lookin at my break pedal and i didnt see anything that looks like a pin or switch.....

oh wait..i checked by my break pedal and i noticed the switch/button think you were talking about.....well....i figured out that the little rubber spacer thats on the pedal was missing but i found it under my driver seat......well...i put that spacer back on and now it works......
