Need Help Choosing Engine on 1993 EX Coupe.

This is my First Shell and im wondering what engine i should get? Its completely gutted so i can go either way, Single Cam Or B-Series ? Everyone is Telling me to go B20 ,But Idk? So any advice?

Biggest engine with the most horsepower that you can afford. Period.
