need help on a choose

Default need help on a choose

hey everyone, well i'm planing on doing a motor swap on my civic and the motor i'm planing on putting in my civic is the D16Y8. Now here's my question I have a 97 civic HX which comes with the 5 wire O2 sensor, and im not sure what im suppose to do with that sensor ones the motor is in and i use the P28 ecu. Does anyone know what im suppose to do with the O2 sensor?

Replace it with a 4 wire O2 sensor.

but the connector is different its a little bigger,

You can replace the connector as well. It's really not that hard. Or you can repin the 4 wire sensor into the 5 wire plug. It's really not that hard either.

i wasnt sure if i could do that because theirs 5 wires going into the connector and im not sure which 4 wires to use

time to get out some wiring diagrams, compare the two, one wire wont be used.
