need help cant hear the vtec kicks in on my gsr
on a high rpm my vtec used to kick in and i can really hear it loud but now seems like its not working cause i cant the vtec all the way to 8k rpm,what might be the problem?

If the oil light is illuminating, you likely have a rather extreme shortage of oil. I'd suggest checking it as soon as possible.
