NEED HELP!!!! B16A2 with CTR Piston and GSR ECU has a bouncy/jumping idle
I recently swaped my B16A2 with Civic Type R pistons into my Car. My Car idle jumps up and down from 1700 to 2000 rpm!!! I only does after ive had in running for about 30 seconds!!! I cleaned my IACV and no help!!! what can be my problem? Vacuum leak? Coolant air bubble? HELP!!! Thanks in advance!!!
I am using a GSR ECU because a mechanic told me its better because it dumps for fuel....

Re: (jdmtiiteyo)
I dont have a fitv on my engine. 1996 and up dont use them. Also, my throttle body was taken off of my D16Y8. I never took off the sensors. Could it be my pcv valve hose? Im using a different hose than the stock one. Can it be too tight or anything?

Fire that guy, if he doesn't do anything for you, stop talking to him. Find a stock B16 ecu.
Then if it still idles high, start with the basics, jumper out the service connector, see if it pulls any codes. Second, set base idle to 750 rpm off the screw or cable if possible. If it will, then check the base timing.
What cams are in the motor? PCT pistons are uber high compression to be trying to run off a stock ecu so some chipping and tuning will help a lot but I would start by locating the ecu meant to run that motor and not a GSR.

I am using stock b16a2 cams. Can it be the cams? I plan on upgrading them in mid-april. I will try and locate a b16 ecu for sure!!!
