Need help axle problem.

Need help axle problem.
Car is a 1995 civic hatchback.
Yes ive searched, found common problems but not the exact problem that i have.
Okay so i had an lsvtec swapped into my car over the weekend. it was driving good and everything till yesterday. when i drive i hear a big fast clug clug clug" as my tires turn. im thinkin its my axles. i might be wrong I dont know. Also my car does need an alignment. When i let go of the steering wheel and the car drifts to the left the noise stops but if i put the steering wheel straight it makes the noise. Doesn't matter what gear or how fast im going, still makes the noise. Also when i turn my steering wheel to the right it sounds like a loud scratching noise coming from my axles/tire area. Anyone think they might have an idea of what the problem is. Oh and im running on stock LS axles.
