Need Help asap head light and tail lights staying on.NEED HELP ASAP

Default Need Help asap head light and tail lights staying on.NEED HELP ASAP

My park lights are staying on,but when i turn the car on the headlights and tail lights come on.could it be the switch on the steering ? Also the dimer switch dont work

If you unplugged the switch and the lights are still on, the area near the switch is most likely having the positive term ground out to the neg (eliminating the switch). Where it is though I'm not sure, would recommend taking it to an auto electric shop but I can almost guarantee that's the problem :-\
