sti runnen it

i have a 2000 civic hatch with a 98 spec gsr swap in it i was running a 2000 civic si ecu in it and its running pretty lean tho so i went and picked up a 2000 spec p72b ecu and pluged it in and nothings worken so i talk to my boy i got it off of and he said in the 2000 and 01 integra gsr has something in the ignishion u have to bypass for the anti theft **** or something so can some 1 hook me up with a link or some info please thanks
